Recommended Reading for Psychotherapy Consumers

There are two sections on this page. The first is book is actual and fictional stories about therapy written by therapists or counselors. The second section is books on healthy living. They are not so much self-help books, as they are not giving specific advice, as therapist writting about healthy living.
